The Ilídio Pinho Foundation establishes as primary strategic guidance the promotion of Science and Technology to the service of Men, affirming the following strategic goals:

• Perpetuate the business roots of its Founder
• Promote the diffusion of Science and Knowledge
• Contribute to the reinforcement of the relations between University, Centres of Innovation and Demonstration and the Companies
• Intervene and participate in the processes of cultural, social, and economical transformation generated by the Information Society and the Digital Economy
• Promote actions that develop the concept of citizenship
• Increase the capacities of the Portuguese Diaspora and the communication between Portuguese speaking countries.
